Return your merchandise for a full refund of product value if you are unhappy for any reason. Our return policy is simple. Within 10 days of purchase, you may return any item in its original condition for a full refund of product value. Please keep the original packaging and return with the item. Unless otherwise stated, specials, promotions or any products that are purchased using an incentive or coupon code are not eligible for return or exchange. Shipping charges are not refundable. We do not cover shipping costs for any returned items. Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased directly from EasterMia. Items sent as gifts from our website can only be returned by the original sender. All other gift orders can be exchanged by the recipient for identical merchandise in the event that the item arrived damaged. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

EasterMia is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Our company is based in Canada. Therefore, all of our Canadian orders will not be charged duty fees. We cannot be held responsible for any taxes, seizures or fees from importing our product. You may contact your local customs / compliance agent if you have any questions regarding additional fees on your shipment.

DAMAGED ITEMS

EasterMia is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
